Orders and Shipping
All orders placed by 12pm New Zealand time are guaranteed same day dispatch to the courier. This makes for speedy delivery! Within New Zealand orders are generally received the next business day. For Australian delivery, couriers generally take 2-4 business days.
Simply save your details upon placing an order.
Mistakes happen 🙂 Once an order has been placed, there is no way to change your delivery address yourself. If you realise you made a mistake and need to change the address, please send us an email ASAP to: info@aesthetikonzept.com
We will do our utmost to get your parcel back on (the right) track!
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an update on the parcel tracking number for you tostay up to date on expected arrival.
We do not save your credit card details. We use a secure, reliable payment gateway called ‘eway’. We are able to charge refunds back to your credit card, however we are not able to charge from your credit card at will nor can we see your credit card number.
We are proud to be the exclusive authorised importer and distributor of all our brands for Australia and New Zealand. For this reason we only deliver to countries within Australasia.
Yes. As we have all our products in stock in our warehouse in New Zealand, we are able to always able to dispatch your order directly in one parcel.
If you need to exchange an item
Returns and Exchanges
Cosmetic products are hygiene articles; so just like you wouldn’t go into your local shop and expect to return a cream that you have opened/used because you don’t like the smell or colour etc. we thank you for your understanding that our products can only be exchanged if they are found to be faulty. If they are, please see below what to do.
In the rare event that a product (i.e. the dispenser) is defective, we will meet our obligations. Please contact us for a replacement within 5 days after delivery.

Our packers are human, and sometimes they make mistakes. In the event that you have received the wrong product please get in touch within 3 days of delivery: info@aesthetikonzept.com
If you need to change your order please email: info@aesthetikonzept.com with your order details as soon as possible and we will try and help, however our packers may have already sent it out – they’re efficient like that!
We aim to always keep all of our products in stock for your convenience. On the rare occasion that we sell out or a delivery from Europe does not arrive as scheduled, you can always place a backourder to receive the product as soon as it is back in stock.
